Property Photographer Huddersfield

After another crazy busy day towards the end of last week I had a truly gorgeous property in the Bradley area of Huddersfield for Aspire Properties and as soon as I arrived I could instantly tell the vendors had made a massive effort to get the property ready for photos (unfortunately this isn't always the case)

I advised a few things before I started to shoot plus got to meet their cute dog Archie :-). I really do think it makes all the difference if you spend a little time preparing the property after all this in most cases is your biggest investment and to get the maximum out of it just takes some care and attention. A phone call from Reece the agent yesterday and the property went live the day after I shot and has already attracted 8 viewings with 1 offer above the asking price!
